Enemies

Eight creatures are named in the achievements: Vorax, Sanguis, Carnitos, Obscuratus, Fumus, Lacuna, Hermes, and Relicta. The table gives the achievement for each one and the exact request. Health, damage, and coordinates are unknown, so they are left off.

Filter by the role tag when you only want hazards, encounters, the Carnitos group, the Sanguis set piece, or the Relicta ghosts. The count under the filter is the number of names still showing.

What the lines actually ask

Vorax is leave the room before he explodes, the achievement He Just Wanted a Hug. Sanguis is make the creature break every mannequin, Bad Puppy, and that one is hidden. Carnitos has two separate requests: kill three with one hit, Valiant Little Taylor, and defeat them without getting hit, Butcheress. A third achievement, The Two Stooges, says its two-enemy count is not Carnitos.

Obscuratus is a wrench-only fight, Iron and wax. Fumus is a pipe-only fight, Exhaust Pipe. Lacuna is the drop that kills you for Acrophobia, and Lacuna is also the last fight if every Relicta is spared. Hermes is the eat that unlocks Devoured, and Hermes is the last fight after one Relicta is killed. Relicta is the ghost set in Heart of Lead: kill all of them. Sparing or killing them is the ending split, not a damage value.

Where to go next

Tool limits for the wrench and the pipe live on the pipe, wrench, and bottle page, next to Lavendoleum and the silver bottle. Ending names and the Relicta switch live on the endings page. The full percent table, including Heart of Lead at 0.3% and Wrench Queen at 0.2%, is the achievement list.

No portrait was published for these eight, and the achievement icons are not creature portraits. The two screenshots show the pixel game, not a labeled bestiary plate.

What each achievement line asks

Vorax is the hazard in He Just Wanted a Hug: leave the room before he explodes. Sanguis is Bad Puppy, a hidden achievement about the mannequins. Carnitos shows up twice. The Two Stooges asks you to kill two or more enemies at once and says the victims are not Carnitos, at 33.4%. A separate row asks you to kill Carnitos creatures at once, and another asks you to pass Carnitos without taking damage. Those three requests are different achievements, so the Carnitos row keeps Valiant Little Taylor as its achievement name instead of folding the three into one number.

Obscuratus is the target of Iron and wax: finish that fight with only the wrench, at 10.8%. Fumus is Exhaust Pipe: finish that fight with only the iron pipe, at 1.8%. Lacuna is Acrophobia, the hidden drop death at 0.9%, and also the last fight on the spare-every-Relicta branch that ends at SOLVE ET COAGULA. Hermes is Devoured, the hidden eat death at 2.6%, and the last fight on the kill-one-Relicta branch that ends at MAGNUM OPUS. Relicta is the set you spare or kill after the Aurifer. Heart of Lead, at 0.3%, is the hidden request to kill every ghost, and it sits with the ghost role rather than with a single boss name.

None of these rows include health, damage, or a map coordinate. No portrait exists for these eight. The two screenshots are the pixel view. The achievement link on each row opens the icon, the hidden flag, and the global percent.

Filter by role when you want only the hazards, the set pieces, or the ghosts. The count beside the role buttons is how many rows match. Vorax, Obscuratus, Fumus, Lacuna, Hermes, and Relicta are the named fights or hazards. Sanguis is the mannequin set. Carnitos is the group the multi-kill lines argue about. Open the matching achievement from the row if you need the icon, the hidden flag, or the global percent. The survival page is the place for the pipe and wrench constraints that mention Fumus and Obscuratus.
